The Person…
*Empathetic/ Understanding… Luella has experienced the drama/ trauma of moving families and helping them establish a new life. She fully analyzes and shows how your home and neighborhood will meet the needs of the buyers. She has worked with both buyers and sellers in all types of situations such as foreclosures, sellers that live out of state, for sale by owners, and sellers with second mortgages and very little money. She has sold townhomes, single family homes, and condos from as nearby as Severn and Odenton to as far as Germantown and Frederick. She has also successfully worked with referrals from other companies.
*Supportive/ Service-Oriented… Luella taught a church Sunday school class and has faithfully done so for over 20 years. For years, Luella volunteered in a weekly food panty operated in Severn, Maryland. She served 3 years on Chapel Grove’s Homeowners' Association Board of Directors as Vice-President and Secretary . She home teaches one of her six children and has successfully done this since 1995.
